Hello, I am interested in taking a pole basics class but rather than commit to multiple sessions I’d like to start out with one class. I actually live in Glen Park so its super convenient. Is this possible to attend one class to start out? Thanks, Trish

    Hi Trish,
All of the beginner classes I do by session-you really need to be consistent to get a foundation. Once you complete the beginner series you can do drop-ins. Right now there is one beginner class on Sundays at 1:30pm-2:45pm in SF.
